Cost of Therapy, Payments, Insurance, Good Faith Estimates and Cancellation Policy.

  • Initial Intake Session (75 mins): $170

    Individual Sessions (50 mins): $135

  • I do not accept insurance and all fees are self pay. This allows me to focus more on providing high-quality care, tailoring my approach to each individual's needs without external constraints that insurance can impose.

    Even though insurance is not accepted, you still may be able to use your insurance to cover the cost of therapy. A super bill can be provided to you for insurance reimbursement.

    You can submit your super bill to your insurance company for reimbursement as per your plan's out-of-network benefits.

  • I am a provider under the Step Up For Students Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) through the state of Florida.

    Please contact me to use your FES-UA scholarship for your child’s therapy services.

  • I require clients to keep card on file through my secure client portal. I accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment.

    Payment is collected the morning of your appointment. Receipts are automatically delivered to you via your patient portal.

  • Typically, sessions are held weekly for 50 minutes. However, the therapist will collaborate with you on frequency and length of session that best supports you. Sessions can be held on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can often be unpredictable and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.

This policy allows me the opportunity to offer an appointment to other clients that may be waiting for an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee, which is the full cost of your session.

Good Faith Estimate

The Good Faith Estimate also known as the No Surprises Act is a law designed to protect Floridians from unexpected medical bills. It stops healthcare providers from charging you “surprise” costs that your insurance won’t cover.

You will receive a Good Faith Estimate GFE at the start of your treatment during your intake. All new clients are provided the GFE based on completing the intake session and 12 individual sessions.
